Do you hire or rent load cells?

Yes, we have in stock up to 400t tension & 300t compression load cells. See our Hire service page for more info.

Can you customise the load cell in our company colours?

Yes, we offer custom branding for our Tensile Link load cell. We will put your company logo on the front of the tensile link and customise the hand held display in your company colours, as well as customise the peli case with your logo. Please let us know at the point of quote.

Do your load cells come with a calibration certificate and carry case?

Yes, all DLM load cells come with a certificate of calibration, proof test & EC declaration of conformity. Depending on the SWL they are supplied in either a Peli case or wooden shipping crate.

Where are your products manufactured?

All DLM load cells are manufactured at our workshop in Southampton, United Kingdom.

Can you calibrate my load cell, if it’s not a DLM Load cell?

We can adjust the readings on many other manufacturers’ products (providing we hold the adjustment details) If we do not hold these details, then a calibration certificate of ‘as found’ readings will be supplied.

What is the environmental protection of your load cells?

Our telemetry range of load cells are rated IP65, We can manufacture load cells to higher ratings if necessary for applications in radius areas or even subsea.

What size shackles do I need?

The size of the shackles will depend on the capacity of the link. You will need to make sure you have the correct shackle size in order to get an accurate reading. Please see our datasheets which will give you shackle sizes needed for each link.
